Centovie has been chosen by Food and Travel to go with two dishes, all to try.

The two dishes will satisfy all the palates - from the most traditional one that loves flavors of the past, to the most fanciful one that looks for unusual tastes. Two proposals that the Food and Travel magazine matches with the same wine, Pecorino Umani Ronchi in the Centovie version.

If you want to try the "Garganelli di Tonina with gypsy sauce" or the "Chicory, Honey-roasted ham and grilled Parmesan", you just have to get in the kitchen.
