LH2 Version 14 and chef Massimo Bottura on the occasion of the G7 in Syracuse

Our LH2 Version 14 Extra Brut Metodo Classico was one of the highlights of the gala dinner with the major Italian and European institutions, organised in Syracuse as part of the G7 Agriculture Summit.

To accompany one of the dishes prepared by Three Michelin-starred Chef Massimo Bottura of Osteria Francescana in Modena, renowned oenologist Riccardo Cotarella, who was responsible for the selection of the wines, chose our Metodo Classico LH2. This limited edition wine, produced from Verdicchio and Chardonnay grapes, ages for over 30 months before being released to the market.

Specifically, LH2 was served to the Agriculture Ministers of the world's seven largest economies alongside the Mediterranean Fish Soup prepared by Chef Massimo Bottura.

“We are particularly honoured that one of the most respected oenologists in the world has selected a flagship of our production for an event of this calibre. It is yet another prestigious recognition for Marche wines and for our company,” said Michele Bernetti.
