Has just started the cooperation between Umani Ronchi and Dynac, giant of the Japanese catering
It has taken two months to organize everything but finally “Villa Bianchi Umani Ronchi” has been inaugurated in Tokyo last November 26th. Villa Bianchi is the first wine bar opened in collaboration with Dynac, the Japanese catering chain with over 270 spaces in the whole country, that selected our winery as testimonial of excellence from Marche.
Almost the whole wine menu of the restaurant is covered by Umani Ronchi wines, starting from Verdicchio Villa Bianchi, proposed as their “house wine”, continuing with Riserve and old vintages of great wines like Cùmaro and Pelago, wines that will be paired only with special dishes and traditional recipes from Marche.
But the project doesn’t stop here because if the formula will be successful, other wine bars of the same kind will open soon. The best way to get a taste of Marche when in Tokyo!
