Liège-Ancona. Round Trip!
The journey, begun a year ago in the heart of the Theatre of Liège, continues in Ancona: two days among vineyards, cellars, and kitchens with Chef Maxence Louis and the team from Baci Restaurant. Training, idea exchanges, and tastings to create a constantly evolving and creative dialogue between wine and cuisine, bringing to life the second edition of the #WineDinnerClub with wines from Umani Ronchi.
A four-hands dinner crafted by Leonardo Castaldi, resident chef of our Wine Not Bistrot, and Maxence Louis. A fusion of cultures, styles, and techniques for an experience focused on the precision of flavours, seasonality of products, and sustainability of local production (starting with the reinterpretation of a Martini olive!).
Thanks to the team from Baci and Wine Not for combining talent, taste, and creativity, and for balancing flavours, techniques, and textures in a carefully structured tasting menu paired with our wines.
