Umani Ronchi around the world: Taiwan

We have visited local partners and operators to whom we have introduced our most important labels and in particular our magnificent Pelago 2007 that has been the star of these days, rich of tastings and meetings.

Italian wine in Taiwan is increasing a lot even if recent studies have detected France as leader supplier, while Italy seems to be the 6thone. In here the success of a wine is established also by the capacity to be combined with local food excellences, a particular mix of Japanese Korean and Chinese flavors.

Convivial situations are great to communicate with local operators, and wine is the best excuse. For this reason we have organized a dinner with Japanese seafood meals like sushi e sashimi and spicy meet combined with our wines. After dinner also karaoke, the most famous thing to do in Taiwan!
