Our interpretation of Verdicchio. In Rome, with Ais Lazio and Luca Radicchi.

Our Plenio and Vecchie Vigne were the protagonists in an evening dedicated to Verdicchio conducted by AIS Lazio, together with Luca Radicchi and Monica Ippoliti, at the Lifestyle Hotel in Rome.

Both these two long-lived wines are our main interpretation of the Verdicchio vine, results of a long stylistic research, as well as a precious work of zonation and experimentation in the vineyard. An intense tasting showed their capability of evolving over time with great elegance, expressing the value of a territory with which Umani Ronchi has maintained a strong bond for over 60 years.

Sommeliers, enthusiasts and wine professionals attended this special event, made up of exchanges and comparisons, with a focus on the harvests and food-wine pairings.
