"The 2020 Centovie Rosato wafts up with an intensely perfumed display mixing crushed ripe peaches and nectarines with wet stone and a hint of sugar-dusted lime jellies. It’s round and pliant, yet stimulating acidity energizes its sweet inner fruits. Salty minerals and yellow citrus create a push and pull of tension through the long, crisp finale. The Centovie is a varietal Montepulciano Rosato."
