After having awarded our Verdicchio Vecchie Vigne for three consecutive years, this time Gambero Rosso allocates Tre Bicchieri to Conero Riserva Campo San Giorgio 2016. A very small selection of 100% Montepulciano, an authentic expression of the Conero territory .
Only 5220 bottles and 85 magnums that come from a small portion of land, 1 hectare where the vine is cultivated in the shape of bush vine and grows and matures with the gentle influence of the sea. In this small corner of land there is an almost unique combination of natural elements: light, sun, land and breeze that generate a specific microclimate providing to the Montepulciano elegance and purity.
Campo San Giorgio is a precious wine, made with care, passion and craftsmanship, which tells of a small and charming denomination.
