Wine Tourism in Summer
Doing wine tourism means immerse yourself in a territory and in its deepest roots. It means walking among the rows of vines, touch the land with your hands, taking a grape directly from the vine, enjoying seasons’ scents and colors. It means understanding how a wine is born, what can make it more or less special. Wine tourism allows us to interpret our territory and to show the charm and authenticity of our wines.
Our Osimo winery welcomes wine lovers and families also in summertime
The winery visit includes a guided tour through the areas that composes the different wine production steps. From the steel and cement tanks, through the tonneaux, the large and small barrels, the path ends between the barriques inside the Bottaia, built in 2000 and inspired by sustainable values. And then, the wine tasting with different kind of offers.
Marche and Abruzzo, in comparison
From Marche to Abruzzo, a guided tasting to discover the wines that come from Montepulciano grapes:
Serrano, Montipagano, San Lorenzo, and Jorio.

This tasting is entirely dedicated to the Centovie family, Pecorino, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and Rosato

We start with a visit of the winery and we continue inside the Wine Shop with the tasting of three of our
most exclusive wines and at the end our dessert wine. Everything paired with typical products from
Marche.

Selection of Umani Ronchi organic white wines: Casal di Serra, Centovie, Vecchie Vigne, paired with typical
Marche products (cheese & salami).

Adriatic territories
Visit of the winery and tasting of three wines at the Umani Ronchi Wine Shop. Paired with traditional
Marche products (cheese & salami) . Final tasting of our sweet wine.

Vertical tasting in Bottaia
Visit of the winery and guided tasting through five vintages of an exclusive Umani Ronchi wine aimed to
discover its evolution over time thanks to the Coravin system.
Cost: 20 €
Tastings take place in our wine shop or in the private room inside the Bottaia. In some cases local products’
pairings are included. The experience lasts about one hour.
Customized tours
To complete the offer, there is the possibility of staying at the Grand Hotel Palace of Ancona, the hotel
owned by Bianchi Bernetti family, which has also one suite dedicated to the wine theme. The ideal stop for
those who loves wine tourism and want to enjoy a "city" stop just a few kilometers from the Verdicchio
lands, the Conero mountain, the vineyards and Umani Ronchi winery. To make a real wine & food
experience there is the Wine Not, wine bar next to the hotel where you can find all Umani Ronchi
selections and different national and international label proposals, to pair with gourmet cicchetti, local
