MASTER OF WINE . Time for Le Marche!

The prestigious Masters of Wine Institute, fine Academy of training in the world of wine, arrives in Marche region and chooses our winery for the 7th edition of the master class that introduces the training course.
From March 2nd to March 4th 2018, in collaboration with Grandi Marchi Institute, we will host this three days-training for aspiring Masters of Wine. The first step of a long and complex journey focused to the preparation of the most influential and qualified experts in the wine industry on an international level. Participants will deal with essential tasting techniques and analytical skills aimed to qualify a Master of Wine, and many varieties of wines from all over the world will be tasted. All the communication will be held in English. Those who will participate in the master class and will have the necessary skills to be admitted to the MW Study Program, will be able to register for the 2018 edition that will take place since next June.

Michele Bernetti says about the event: "We love the idea that our winery will live this intense international moment around the wine, also because we'll have the possibility to listen to Masters of Wine as Jane Hunt MW, Mai Tjemsland MW and Lynne Coyle MW, together with other wine professionals from all over the world. We like to support wine culture and education and we like to imagine that the first Italian master of wine could come out from this Marche edition. It is a great opportunity for our region, for Umani Ronchi winery and for our territory. For the occasion all the participants will have the chance to stay in the new Grand Hotel Palace in the heart of Ancona, an accommodation facility just renovated with care and technology and that in its own way "speaks" about wine and territory.
